As part of DPC, you have a choice of in-home care by your doctor.
How does it work?
If you or your loved one is unable to leave their home for a prolonged period of time, sign up for the in home visit services at $250/month. The doctor will come to your home for annual exams, lab draws, sick visits, and any office-based procedures if needed. If you only need intermittent home care, we can provide that with one time fee of $150 per visit.
